PCFSM has supported fire safety and industrial safety careers since 1999. Our placement cell works with students across Kolhapur, Ratnagiri and Thane to connect trained graduates with employers who need safety officers, fire officers and HSE professionals.

Placement support is part of our training commitment, but hiring decisions are made by employers. Success depends on your attendance, practical performance in drills, communication skills and how actively you participate in the placement process. We do not guarantee placement or a specific salary. Outcomes vary by batch, location and market conditions.
