These Terms of Service govern your use of the Parmanand College of Fire Engineering and Safety Management (PCFSM) website at parmanandcollege.in, covering our Kolhapur, Ratnagiri and Thane branches. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Courses, affiliations and admissions
Course details, affiliations (MSME-AEERO-CTR at Kolhapur and Thane; MSBTE via NVSS Cosmopolitan College at Ratnagiri), durations and fees are provided for information and may be updated. Admission is confirmed only after eligibility verification and completion of the enrolment process at the relevant branch. NEBOSH IGC is delivered through partner centres in Mumbai and Pune, not at the Kolhapur, Ratnagiri or Thane campuses.
Placement support
Our placement cell provides résumé guidance, interview preparation and employer introductions. We do not guarantee placement, a specific role or a specific salary; outcomes depend on your attendance, performance and interview readiness.
Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry you consent to being contacted by PCFSM regarding admissions, as described in our Privacy Policy under the DPDP Act 2023.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, logos, images and course material — belongs to PCFSM or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Fees and refunds
Fee structures, instalment options and any refund terms are confirmed in writing at the time of admission by your branch. Please review them before enrolling.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided in good faith. PCFSM is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content; please confirm current details with your branch counsellor.
Governing law
